Educated to standard grade level equivalent or higher.
Full, clean driving license.
To carry out administrative tasks associated with running a scheduled minibus service.
Ability to self manage
Carry Out Telephones Bookings
Collect journey/daily First Inspection, Tacho readings. Record in appropriate filing system
Deliver bookings to driver half an hour prior to his/her journey
Be the driver’s first line on contact in case of emergencies.
Bank all bus fare takings on a daily basis.
Download and record all concessionary fares from ticketing device.
Maintain maintenance schedules and records
Monitor passenger uptake
Support Management Committee wherever possible.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Have a customer focussed service/support approach
Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Email and Texting.
Bo’ness and Area Community Bus Association is a registered Charity working in promoting and developing public transport within our Community. Initally the role would be working from home transferring to being office based. You would be employed by the Trustees and responsible to the Secretary.
